Today, Forester Haynie moved to certify a class action against a Colorado pizza franchise improperly paying their drivers minimum wage and for their mileage under the Fair Labor Standards Act.

This would be a big class-action win for the delivery drivers seeking fair pay for their hard work and the wear-and-tear put on their vehicles and would send a powerful message to employers inadequately paying their employees across the country.
