Forester Haynie Filing Lawsuits in the News

Forester Haynie was mentioned this week in Bloomberg News. Forester Haynie filed three lawsuits in Colorado federal court last week accusing several Domino’s Franchisees of paying delivery drivers less than minimum wage in violation of the Fair Labor Standards Act.

The complaints were filed Friday and Saturday on behalf of former and current delivery drivers who worked at 50-80 different Domino’s stores across the state of Colorado. The cases are Bessey v. Mand Made Pizza, Inc., D. Colo., No. 1:18-cv-00938, complaint filed 4/21/18; Fletcher v. Tips, Inc., D. Colo., No. 1:18-cv-00937, complaint filed 4/21/18; McKeon v. Integrity Pizza LLC, D. Colo., No. 1:18-cv-00932, complaint filed 4/20/18.
